PADI Worldwide gibt die bernahme von PADI Europe bekannt

Die Verwaltungsrte von PADI Worldwide (Professional Association of Diving Instructors) und PADI Europe freuen sich bekannt zu geben, dass per 31. Januar 2009 ein bereinkommen getroffen wurde, den Status und die Eigentumsrechte von PADI Europe an PADI Worldwide zu bergeben - vom Lizenznehmer zu einem vollstndig integrierten Tochterunternehmen im Besitz von PADI Worldwide.

padi-europe wurde schon immer ziemlich professionell gefhrt.
Denke nicht dass sich da was ndert.
Herr Lavanchi ist ber 70 und wird jetzt wohl in Rente gehen. Bissel Kohle im Alter schadet ja nie, oder.
